We continue to monitor developments as we focus on the safety of our customers, our employees and the communities we serve. In the attempt to minimize our employees’ exposure to the virus, we are implementing that all of our tenants utilize the online rental payment service that we have in place. If you are not already taking advantage of this convenient tool, please note that your payment can be processed through a system called RentTrack from our website www.txhomesrealty.com We are asking ALL tenants use this service for the upcoming April & May rents. If you do not have an account with RentTrack & do not want to register for an account, RentTrack has agreed to allow our tenants to phone in a payment authorization at 866-841-9090. Please note, Texas Homes Realty can also process your payment over the phone for a nominal fee. Please call our office for additional information. If neither service mentioned above will work for you, please know we also have a night drop that can be used 24/7 for your additional convenience. Service Matters Service request will continue to be accepted online through our portal. If you or your family member is not feeling well, PLEASE notify us when you are completing your request. Your illness will not delay your service request, but it will prepare our vendors to wear the appropriate attire to prevent additional exposure when visiting your home.
